Claudio de Pace

Claudio De Pace has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Claudio began their career as a 3D Software Engineer at Università del Salento, working on biomedical applications. Claudio then moved on to the University of Hertfordshire, where they served as a Research Assistant and played a key role in laboratory activities and curriculum design.

In 2009, Claudio joined Hyves, a popular Dutch social networking website, as a Mobile Software Engineer. Claudio worked on designing and developing features for the platform and gained valuable experience in iOS, Objective-C, and Swift.

After leaving Hyves, Claudio joined Ve Global as the Head of Mobile Development. Here, they led the development of the company's digital revenue optimization tool and managed a team of engineers. Claudio also played a role as a Mobile Software Engineer, where they designed, developed, and maintained high-quality iOS applications.

In 2016, Claudio joined Vida Care as the CTO, where they scaled the product development team and oversaw the technological aspects of the platform. Claudio was responsible for technologies such as iOS, Android, Angular, Heroku, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, and Swift.

Following their tenure at Vida Care, Claudio served as the CTO for Peak Brain Training. Here, they managed cross-functional teams, defined the company's technical and product strategy, and ensured the delivery of high-quality software. Claudio had experience in technologies such as iOS, Android, Unity3D, AWS, Java, and Python.

Claudio also had experience as an Interim CTO and Consultant for Tuto.ai and Holodia, respectively, where they contributed to developing their innovative platforms and technologies.

Most recently, Claudio joined Hotlabs Technology as an Interim CTO, overseeing the company's technological operations and projects.

In 2023, Claudio is set to assume the role of CTO at VU.CITY, where they will further contribute their expertise and technical leadership.

Claudio De Pace received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università del Salento in 2001-2003. Claudio then pursued an MsC in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in 2003-2006.
