Alan Barber

Alan Barber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alan most recently worked as the Head of Data at VUBIQUITY since October 2019. Prior to that, they were employed at Sky for two years as a Product Architect (Viewing). Alan also worked at Sky | Insight & Decision Science for five years as a Lead Analyst (Viewing). Before joining Sky, they served as the Head of Data Analytics at rightmove.co.uk for almost five years. Alan started their career at BARNET CARERS CENTRE as a Finance Officer & Company Secretary for two years. Alan also worked as a Lecturer and Project Management & European wide Systems Designer at Middlesex University for six years. Prior to that, Alan had a role in Marketing Services at Sun Microsystems for two years.

Alan Barber earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and Management (Joint Hons) from Middlesex University in 1999. Alan completed their education at Middlesex University by achieving a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Health Informatics in 2009.
