Alex Draper

Alex Draper has a long and varied work experience. Beginning in 2010, they volunteered as a Swim Instructor for Special Olympics Northern California. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Guards Supervisor and Instructor for Santa Cruz City Parks and Recreation, a Lifeguard I for Santa Cruz Fire Department- Marine Rescue, and a Political Science Concentrator at Brown University. In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant for Malcolm Medical Group. In 2016, they worked as a Principal Consultant and Lead Sales Consultant for Glocomms, and a Government Affairs Intern for Endo Pharmaceuticals. In 2019, they were a US Talent Acquisition Manager for AnyVision. In 2020, they were a Technical Recruiter for MarketAxess. Currently, they are an HR & Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner for Vulcan Cyber.

Alex Draper attended Brown University from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science - International and Comparative Politics. Alex also obtained a Certified HR Business Partner certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in December 2022, and is a First Responder.
