Lisa Fierst

Lisa Fierst, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Lisa most recently served as the VP of Human Resources at Vulcan Global Manufacturing Solutions since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of People & Culture at ARI Network Services, Inc. from January to December 2018. Before that, they worked as the VP of People at Penta Technologies from September 2017 to January 2018.

Lisa also has experience as a VP of Administration at NABCO Entrances, Inc. from December 2013 to August 2017. Lisa served as a Human Resource Manager at HeartLove Place Ministries in 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at The Merco Group from January 2012 to May 2013.

In addition, Lisa has held various positions in human resources and administration roles, such as a Human Resources & Safety Administrator at United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc., a Payroll & Benefits Manager (contract assignment) at Gustave A. Larson Co., and a Human Resource, Payroll & Safety Manager at Surfaces Transport, Inc. from 2003 to 2010.

Lisa Fierst, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in both May and June 2015. Furthermore, they obtained a Human Resources Business Partner Certificate in October 2018. Most recently, in January 2021, Lisa obtained a certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
