Shaun Kologinczak

Shaun Kologinczak has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shaun currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Vulcan Industrial, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Varel Energy Solutions from 2021 to 2022 as the Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain.

Shaun started as a Manufacturing Engineer and went on to become a Production Supervisor, MVP Specialist, and Production Leader. Shaun also served as the Fabrication Production Manager, where they managed the production of a fabrication center supporting energy distribution product lines.

Throughout their career, Shaun has demonstrated expertise in operations management, strategic business planning, technology management, and lean management. Shaun has achieved significant cost savings, process improvements, and business growth in their various roles.

Shaun Kologinczak attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Shaun later pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business.
