Patrick Frawley

Patrick Frawley, P.E. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick worked as a Director of Quality Assurance at Vulcan Materials Company and Central Concrete, where they led a team that focused on developing innovative products and improving customer relationships. Patrick also worked as a Staff Engineer at Water Resources Engineering, where they handled water resources engineering design projects for clients such as the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the California Department of Water Resources. In the City of Santa Barbara, Patrick worked as an Intern in the Streets Design Department, where they were involved in developing designs for bike paths, stormwater mitigation, and flood and landslide mitigation. Patrick also gained experience as a Research Assistant at SJSU Civil Engineering and as an Intern at Halcrow, where they worked with AutoCAD to draft engineering design documents.

Patrick Frawley, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Spanish (Double Major) from Northern Arizona University from 1999 to 2004.
