Charlotte Ferrer possesses extensive experience in hospitality, project management, and digital marketing. Currently serving as Hôtesse d'accueil - Visites guidées at Vulcania since February 2022, Charlotte previously held various roles including Promotrice - Guide - Animatrice - Responsable du marché français at VIVA WYNDHAM RESORTS and Team Leader - Coach Google pour les pros at Google. Additional experience includes international volunteer work focused on sustainable development with Fundemar, project coordination for Wee-Jack, and digital project assistance at Periscope Creations. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Marketing Digital and an additional Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Guelph, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in International Management.
