Sameer Kataria

Sameer Kataria is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Vura Bau Chemie LLP since November 2023. Previously, Sameer held key roles at Samvardhana Motherson Health Solution Limited, focusing on operational excellence and sales, as well as managing multiple sites to enhance overall performance. Sameer's career spans several organizations, including Ingersoll Rand, Pricol Limited, Schneider Electric, and Visteon Corporation, where a strong emphasis was placed on process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Sameer holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, a PGDOM-DLP with distinction in Operations Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
