Liron Porat

Liron Porat has worked for a variety of companies since 1992. Starting with the Israeli Navy, they then moved on to Astronautics C.A LTD from 2001 to 2008, where they held multiple roles including Software Program Manager, Lead Engineer (Product Owner), and Software Developer. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at SMART Technologies as a Sr. Program Manager, then at Kymeta Corporation from 2016 to 2018 as Director Project Management. In 2018, they moved to Xinova as Innovation Program Director, and then to CIPtech LLC from 2019 to 2022, where they were the CEO. Currently, they are working at Vu Technologies as Chief Operating Officer and EVP Product.

Liron Porat has an extensive education history. In 1997, they obtained a B.A in Human Environment and Africa in the Modern Period from Tel Aviv University. Liron then attended SELA - training center for information technology (IT) and electronics studies and graduated with honors in 2000 with a Diploma in Software Engineering. In 2005, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Ono Academic College. In 2021, they enrolled in Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) to pursue a M.A in Law, Technology and Business Innovation and in Tel Aviv University to pursue a M.A in Middle Eastern Studies. Additionally, they hold Automation Pro I and II Certifications from Workato obtained in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
