Laura O'Connor

Laura O'Connor is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and strategic communications across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Executive Counsel at VVK PR + Creative and Strategic Counsel & Project Manager at Invisible Engines, Laura leads high-impact public health communications campaigns for a range of clients including Ralph C and several nonprofit organizations. Previous roles include Associate Vice President at Burness, where Laura supported nonprofit clients such as the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Vice President at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, managing marketing efforts under the Clinton Foundation. Laura's earlier experience includes key positions at The SEED Foundation, Gensler, Sightline Marketing, Perot Systems, and the Academy for Educational Development. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Human Development from Virginia Tech.
