Christian Durante

Christian Durante has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and process improvement. Christian is currently the Director for Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Improvement at VXI PH, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director for Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Improvement at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, starting in June 2019. Christian also served as a Senior Manager for HRIS and Process Improvement, where their responsibilities included reviewing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations. Furthermore, they had a role as an Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 60-120 agents and managing both sales and financial accounts. Christian has a strong background in people management and driving client and internal metrics. Christian has been with VXI Global Solutions, LLC since August 2007.

From 1997 to 2002, Christian Durante attended Ateneo de Naga University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Legal Management.
