Tadd McAnally

Tadd McAnally has extensive experience in the customer experience and professional services industry. Tadd began their career at Alpine Access as a Senior Financial Analyst and later joined Corporate Express as a Financial Analyst. McAnally then moved to TeleTech, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Business Development, focusing on the @Home division. Tadd joined virtualwirks as a Co-Founder and Senior Partner in 2009, providing consulting and professional services to companies globally. Tadd later joined Teleperformance, where they held various executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Professional Services Delivery. In 2018, McAnally worked for Sitel Group as the Vice President of CX Strategy and Business Development, and in 2022, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as the CX Strategy Leader for Service Transformation. Currently, McAnally holds a role as the VP of CXA at VXI Global Solutions, LLC.
