Palanikumar Shanmugan

Palanikumar Shanmugan is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a robust background in recruiting and engineering. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for North America Operations at VySystems since January 2016, Palanikumar has overseen the full recruitment cycle, managing client relationships, and executing strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialist, with extensive involvement in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations. Prior to VySystems, Palanikumar worked as a Service Engineer at Megha Renewables and as an Electrical Engineer at RS TECHNOLOGIES LTD, where skills in electronic components and machine maintenance were established. Palanikumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thiru Seven Hills Polytechnic College.
