Uma Devi has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Krupanidhi School of Management. Uma later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from The Oxford College of Management. Uma has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently holding the role of Customer Success Manager at Plus. Prior to this, Uma worked as an Account Manager at Vyapar and as a Customer Service Support Manager at Clear.
