Tyler Garland

Tyler Garland has a diverse work experience in software engineering, spanning various roles and companies. Tyler began their career as a C# WPF Developer at Kern River Gas Transmission in 2012 and then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Clarity Consulting, where they automated kitchen and HVAC hardware. Tyler joined Slalom Consulting in 2014 as a Consultant, working on a project for Microsoft's volume licensing group. At Precision Development, they served as a Senior Application Engineer and worked on the I Smart tax tool for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Tyler then joined JDK Technologies, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the InterviewHost platform. Tyler'smost recent position is as a Software Engineer at VYNYL, where they are currently employed.

Tyler Garland attended Neumont College of Computer Science from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Tyler has also obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services. Tyler earned the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in September 2020, and the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification in July 2021.
