Deveney W. has a solid background in user experience research and design. Deveney has worked as a Lead User Experience Researcher at VyStar Credit Union since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sogeti as a User Experience Researcher for about 8 months, where they led the research practice for the client Sally Beauty Holdings B2B side. Deveney conducted various forms of user research and worked with a team of other researchers, designers, product owners, and developers.

Deveney also has experience as a Freelance UX Researcher and Designer from 2020 to 2021. Before their freelance work, they worked as a Lead Teacher at Ahava Early Learning Center, focusing on researching and designing an imaginative-centered curriculum for the toddler program.
