William C. Vivian

William C. Vivian is the Vice Chair at VyStar Credit Union. William previously served in the US Navy for 30 years, rising to the rank of Commanding Officer. As a Navy helicopter pilot, they gained extensive experience in strategic planning and policymaking, both domestically and abroad.

William C. Vivian received their Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. William then went on to receive their Master's degree from the University of West Florida.
