John Dylan Sherfield has extensive experience in operations and customer relations within the telecommunications and service industries. At Vyve Broadband, John has held multiple roles since May 2017, progressing from Technical Support Representative to Technology Specialist, and currently serving as Operations Manager for the Contact Center. Prior to this, John was the Branch Manager of Customer Relations at EZ Ship & Copy from January 2013 to May 2017. John holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Cybersecurity/Digital Forensics with a focus on Networking from Rose State College and has furthered education at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2020.
