Tyffanye Hipp

Tyffanye Hipp serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Vyve Broadband since March 2011, with a focus on vendor management for outsourced contact center relationships and overseeing staffing, forecasting, and scheduling for both internal and external teams. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience Operations and Director of Call Center Operations, where responsibilities encompassed management of customer care and billing processes.
