Luigi Fichera

Luigi Fichera has extensive experience in training and consulting across various sectors, currently serving as a trainer and corporate consultant at MODULO Group since September 2012 and as a trainer for the Master in Event Organization with Sida Group Srl since October 2017. As the CEO of Malastrana Srl since March 2016, Luigi has led a startup specializing in event organization, including corporate events and team-building activities. With a background in human resources, communication, and project management, Luigi has also worked as an independent trainer and consultant since September 2004 and held roles such as Human Resources Coordinator for Solidarietà e Servizi Cooperativa Sociale and President of Basilisco Entertainment. Luigi holds a degree in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in 2001.
