David Harrand

David Harrand is a seasoned construction inspector with extensive experience in the engineering field, having worked with several firms including W. Allen Engineering, PLLC as a Construction Inspector II since May 2025. Previous roles include positions at Infra Tech Engineering, LLC, Boswell Engineering, Inc., Haydan Consultants Inc., JED Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C., KS Engineers, P.C., and Tectonic Engineering Consultants, among others, primarily in similar construction inspection roles. David Harrand holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University, completed in 2013, and had preliminary education at Dutchess Community College.
