Andy Woolley

Andy Woolley is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR & Compliance Director at WHS Plastics since May 2013, Andy also held the position of HR Director at Xandor Automotive's Plastics Division from May 2013 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Andy was the Group HR Director at bezier from 2006 to February 2013 and at Silentnight Group Limited from 2003 to 2006. Andy began the career as Personnel Officer at Moores Furniture Group Ltd from 1991 to 1993 and has significant experience as the European HR Manager at Yorkshire Colours Ltd from 1993 to 2003. Academic background includes a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry obtained from Newcastle University between 1984 and 1987.
