Nawazish A. Jamali is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Maintenance at W.M. Barr & Company, Inc. since March 2022, Nawazish previously held key roles at Owens Corning from April 2018 to January 2022, where accomplishments included optimizing total delivered cost and achieving significant gross margin improvements. At Nestlé USA, from January 2013 to March 2018, Nawazish focused on reducing manufacturing costs and enhancing organizational effectiveness to support substantial sales and profit objectives. Nawazish's earlier career at Procter & Gamble spanned over two decades, during which various leadership positions were held, including Group Manager for upstream project management and manufacturing, along with roles in manufacturing consultancy across multiple product lines. Nawazish began the professional journey with technical roles at Caltex and Exxon Chemical after earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
