Ed Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and partnership initiatives across various sectors, particularly in astronomy and space exploration. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at W. M. Keck Observatory since March 2017, Ed Harris leads fundraising and partnership efforts, contributing to significant astronomical discoveries. Ed Harris has also founded Energy Made Visible, promoting collaboration between visual artists and scientific experts, and co-founded Edge of Space, Inc., which offers affordable space launch opportunities with a focus on STEM education. Previous roles include founding Key West Consulting, serving as Director of Development and Partnerships at the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory, and holding leadership positions at the University of Denver and Baylor College of Medicine. Ed Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from Rice University.
