Ashley McShane

Ashley McShane is the Director of Beauty & CPG at W Magazine. Prior to their current role, Ashley served as the American Fashion and Beauty Director at InStyle from April 2018 to January 2020. Ashley began their career in 2010 as an intern at Diane von Furstenberg before taking on a role as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Conde Nast from October 2010 to December 2013. Ashley then served as the Business Development and Northeast Sales Director at Rodale Inc. from December 2013 to August 2016. In August 2016, Ashley took on the role of Account Director, Retail/Home Category at Time Inc. where they were responsible for securing millions of dollars in annual revenue across Time Inc.'s corporate portfolio of brands and their respective properties. Ashley left Time Inc. in April 2018 to join InStyle as the American Fashion and Beauty Director.

Ashley McShane has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Ashley also has a degree in Print Journalism and Creative Writing from the University of Miami.
