Nichole Reppert

Nichole Reppert is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Director and Growth Facilitator at W.N. Tuscano Agency since January 2019, Nichole has also held roles such as DRE for American Modern Insurance Group, where responsibilities included educating and guiding 200 agencies, and Insurance Sales and Marketing Specialist at Shoemaker & Besser Associates, focused on sales support and training. Previous experience includes owning an agency at Chase Insurance Associates, where Nichole built a $4 million book of business, and serving as an Insurance Sales Agent at Campbell Kautter Insurance. Nichole's educational background includes a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Central Penn College.
