Hal McComas

Hal McComas has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director, East & Central Regions at W. R. Grace & Co. Hal previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from 2013 to 2017, and Director of Human Resources at Energizer from 2006 to 2013. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at ICI Americas - Uniqema from 1999 to 2006, and as a Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager at ICI Americas - Performance Chemicals from 1996 to 1999. Hal began their career as a Safety Supervisor at General Chemical Corporation in 1989.

Hal McComas attended West Virginia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 1998.
