Allan Bailie

Allan Bailie has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various leadership roles. Allan'smost recent position was as Vice President, HR - Global Operations at W. R. Grace & Co. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Human Resources at MBCC Group.

Allan also held multiple roles at BASF, including Head of Human Resources - Construction Chemicals, Director of Human Resources - Gulf Coast, Director of Human Resources - Global Catalysts, and Employee & Labor Relations Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at BASF Canada as a Human Resources Manager, with a specific focus on coatings.

Allan Bailie has a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. Allan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association and as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI.
