Kim Perdue

Kim Perdue has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and project management. Kim is currently working as the Head of HR Operations at W. R. Grace & Co. and is responsible for overseeing HR operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Sr. Manager, HRIS at the same company from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining W. R. Grace & Co., Kim worked at Rizing HCM as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Kim played a key role in rebranding SAP SuccessFactors firms into Rizing HCM.

From 2014 to 2017, Kim worked at CDK Global as a Technology Program Manager, focusing on HR Technology. Prior to CDK Global, they were employed at ADP from 2008 to 2014, serving as an HR Project Manager.

Kim Perdue, PMP, HRIP holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Management from Western Governors University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011.
