Crystal Neiweem

Crystal Neiweem serves as the Director and UX Design Lead at Grainger, where responsibilities include leading design for critical enterprise software systems and internal tools while collaborating on the Internal Tools Design System. With prior roles as Senior User Experience Designer and Digital Innovation Strategy Lead at the same company, Crystal has focused on understanding customer behaviors and driving strategic design initiatives. Earlier experience includes work as a User Experience Architect at kCura and Manifest Digital, where user scenarios, task flows, and dynamic prototypes were developed. Crystal's career began at Cars.com as a User Experience Coordinator and includes project management as a Human-Computer Interaction graduate student at DePaul University. Crystal holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Studio Art from Michigan State University.
