Kathleen Carroll

Kathleen Carroll is the SVP & CHRO at Grainger. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at First Midwest Bank and Aon.

At First Midwest Bank, Kathleen served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the bank's human resources strategy and initiatives.

At Aon, Kathleen served as the Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and the Global HR Lead for M&A. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the 200-person global team. Kathleen also led the HR M&A efforts and served on the Aon Executive Leadership Team and Global HR Leadership Team.

Kathleen has a proven track record in developing and executing successful HR strategies. Kathleen is a strategic thinker with a passion for building best-in-class organizations.

Kathleen Carroll pursued a Master of Management degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in finance, strategy, and organization effectiveness. Kathleen also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in accountancy. Kathleen is a certified public accountant in the state of Missouri.
