Mary Kostopoulos

Mary Kostopoulos serves as the Associate General Counsel for Grainger Tech Group and Endless Assortment, providing comprehensive legal support for one of North America's largest e-commerce platforms since October 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Global General Counsel for Coforge, where Mary led the preparation and filing of an F-1 Registration Statement with the SEC. Other notable roles include Principal Legal Counsel at Infosys, where Mary negotiated significant client services and vendor agreements, and Senior Counsel at Momkus McCluskey, LLC, handling acquisitions across various industries. Mary also has a strong academic background with degrees from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, American University School of International Service, American University Washington College of Law, and the University of Chicago.
