Samantha McAdory is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in managing payroll operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Grainger since November 2024, Samantha leads payroll delivery, time & attendance, and compliance for over 25,000 employees. Prior to this role, Samantha was the Sr. Director of Global Payroll at Stericycle, where responsibilities included developing payroll strategy and successfully transitioning services for 20+ countries. Earlier positions included Director of Payroll & Tax at Addison Group, Business Payroll Manager at Pactiv, LLC, and Payroll Tax & Accounting Manager at Brunswick Corporation.
