Todd Gustavson

Todd Gustavson is an experienced executive in the field of merchandising, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at Grainger since April 2020, after holding various senior director roles in merchandising and strategy within the same company. Prior to joining Grainger, Todd spent two decades at McMaster-Carr, where the titles included Director of Merchandising and Product Development, Regional Sales Manager, and several other key positions that contributed to a robust understanding of supply chain and inventory management. Todd's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Northwestern University.
