Robert Noga

Robert Noga has a diverse work experience spanning over the course of several years. Robert has held various leadership positions in the technology industry, demonstrating their expertise in architecture, development, and data management.

In their most recent role at W1TTY as the Head of Architecture, DevOps, and Data, Robert was responsible for building and scaling up a startup tech organization while also overseeing the architecture and development of a global digital bank platform.

Prior to this, Robert worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as the Head of Digital Transformation and Analytics Technology, where they established a centralized RPA and analytics platform and collaborated with multiple LOBs to standardize and define platform and tools. Robert also served as the Engineering Director and Technology Site Leader, Vice President at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Robert held positions at Asseco Poland, where they served as the Engineering Department Manager for Core Banking and Internet Banking, as well as at Sabre Holdings, where they worked as an Engineering Manager, Architect, and Tech Lead. Robert also co-founded a startup as the CTO and played a significant role in developing banking solutions and designing secure coding practices.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated their strong technical leadership and expertise in areas such as data platform development, cloud migration, application monitoring, and software engineering. Robert'sexperience encompasses various industries, including banking, travel, and fintech.

Robert Noga's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Physics and Nuclear Techniques from AGH University of Science and Technology. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Persuasion & Influencing at Columbia University and Machine Learning at Stanford University.
