Rob Henson

Rob Henson is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving at W2T.io since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rob played a significant part as an Agile Coach and Senior Leadership Team member at Digital Additive from July 2015 to April 2023, where the focus was on eCRM planning and email marketing services for Fortune 1000 clients. Rob also held the position of Enterprise Transformation Consultant at LeadingAgile, providing agile training and coaching for Fortune 500 companies. Earlier experience includes roles as a ScrumMaster at The Home Depot, a Manager of Operations at INVISION Inc., and a Senior Scrum Master at Vertafore, contributing to several agile transitions across various organizations. Rob began a professional journey with previous roles in implementation and consulting at SBC Systems and Buck Consultants. Rob holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
