Youness KHALIL

Youness KHALIL has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Manufacturing Operator Stagiaire role at STMicroelectronics in 2012. In 2013, they were a Software Developer Stagiaire at Amadeus IT Group, where they implemented a new tool to accelerate testing of new features. In 2014, they joined CGI Business Consulting as a Management Consultant and Consultant Stagiaire en Strategy IT & Governance. In 2017, they were a Project Management Officer at Enedis and Co-fondateur at Ambastory - ex COOPTIMISE, where they proposed a new concept for recruitment which breaks traditional methods of hiring new employees. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, where they helped to define the organization of BUILD & RUN of RPA use cases and contributed to the overall RPA governance of AFKL Group. Finally, in 2020, they became the Leader of Intelligent Automation Program at Bel, and in 2022 they became the Co-founder and COO of Waanda.

Youness KHALIL obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Technologies de l'information from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble between 2011 and 2014. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN. In 2019, they obtained a Professionnal Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org. In 2020, they obtained a Design Thinking for Innovation certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) certification from Coursera Course Certificates, an RPA Developer Advanced certification from UiPath, and an RPA Implementation Manager certification from UiPath.
