Sean M. Conley

Sean M. Conley, MBA, has extensive experience in manufacturing and operational management, currently serving as a Multi Site Plant Manager at Wabash since June 2012. In various roles at Wabash, including Plant Manager and Regional System Manager, Sean has advanced and standardized manufacturing practices across the organization. Sean has led numerous continuous improvement projects focused on key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment, and has temporarily assumed the role of Lead Supervisor while maintaining operational excellence responsibilities. Prior to Wabash, Sean managed operations at Tick Tock Tavern. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from IWU National & Global and a Bachelor of Technology in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University. Additionally, Sean has foundational training in emergency medical services.
