Vice President Supply Chain - Material And Production Planning at Wabtec Corporation

Brett DeGonia has over 27 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Brett began their career at Chrysler Corporation in 1994, working in supply chain. Brett then moved on to various roles within the company, including Manager of Production Control Operations for the Dodge Ram truck program. In 2008, DeGonia joined AGCO Corporation as a Senior Manager overseeing material control operations. In 2011, they joined Wabtec Corporation as Vice President of Supply Chain, where they led a global organization in materials and production planning for manufacturing locomotives, mining, services, digital technology, and marine equipment. Brett also implemented streamlined processes and controls for 17 domestic and international manufacturing plants. In 2014, DeGonia joined GE Transportation as a Plant Manager, leading a complete turnaround of a service manufacturing site. Brett later served as Production, Sales, and Material Manager, responsible for cross-functional execution and global operations. Throughout their career, DeGonia has consistently delivered results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

Brett DeGonia received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the University of Central Missouri from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they hold certifications in Greenbelt and ISO 9002, 14001.
