Cherie began their career at GTE - Corporate as a Labor Relations Administrator, from April 1998 to April 1999, and later joined GTE-Corporate, where they participated in the HR Associate Development Program. This program allowed their to gain experience in different areas, including Sales Engineer New Recruit Program, international benefits, and regional sales and call center management.
Cherie Reardon, SPHR, has a Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations (MHRLR) from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Providence College. Cherie attended the Crotonville Alumni in 2013 for a Management Development Course (MDC) and from 2007 to 2009 for the Experienced HR Development Program (EHRDP) & Advanced HR Development Course (AHRDC). Additionally, they hold certifications as a "Deep Smarts" Facilitator from Leonard-Barton Group, LLC (obtained in 2015), and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI (obtained in July 2002). Furthermore, they are currently pursuing the Wabtec Executive Education Program from Wabtec Corporation.
