Eli Charney

Eli Charney currently serves as a Senior HRBP and HR M&A Leader at Wabtec Corporation since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at GE Transportation from May 2018 to August 2022, and HR Manager, along with participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE from September 2016 to May 2018, where contributions were made to the development of GE's "Brilliant Factory" in Welland, ON. Eli Charney has also worked as a Compensation Consultant and Employee Relations Consultant at Canadian Tire, and as a Human Resources Associate at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Ryerson University, an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from eCornell, and a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies from Rabbinical College of America.
