Gautham Appaya has extensive work experience in communications and marketing roles. Gautham has held positions at various well-known organizations, including Wabtec Corporation, Activision Blizzard, WABCO, GE Aviation, GE Transportation, GE Capital, GE Healthcare, and GE Industrial Solutions.

Their most recent role was as the Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer at Wabtec Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - Social Media and Content Strategy at Activision Blizzard from 2020 to 2023, where they built a corporate editorial and social media practice to enhance brand storytelling.

Before that, Gautham held the position of Vice President of Corporate Communications at WABCO from 2018 to 2020. Gautham also had a successful stint at GE Aviation, where they held various roles, including Senior Communications Director and Culture & Executive Communications Director, from 2010 to 2018.
