Simona Perissinotto

Simona Perissinotto has extensive work experience in various industries. Simona is currently the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Wabtec Corporation. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Supervisory Board Member at EIT Digital. Simona has also held executive positions at Alstom and Bombardier, where they led product development and managed rolling stock equipment programs. Additionally, they worked at Prysmian Group as a Senior Project Manager for submarine and HV cable systems. Simona's early career includes a long tenure at URS Corporation (now AECOM Company), where they served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing sustainability, environmental engineering, due diligence, and EHS management projects. Simona'sexpertise also includes working with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Simona Perissinotto obtained a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in the years 1998-2002. Simona is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Simona has also obtained several additional certifications, including being an associate of Fondazione Marisa Bellisario, a board member of Club Advanced Manufacturing at MIP Politecnico di Milano, and completing a course on "Doing business in Silicon Valley" at MIP Politecnico di Milano. In addition, they have certifications in project management and has acquired the NEBOSH International General Certificate.
