Stefinie Kelley

Stefinie Kelley is a seasoned professional currently serving as Vice President of IT Strategy and Operational Effectiveness at Wabtec Corporation since September 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Director of IT, Application Portfolio Transformation. Stefinie has extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked at Microsoft from 2015 to 2023 in various roles, including Global Strategic Client Executive and Senior Service Delivery Manager, focusing on manufacturing and workplace solutions. Additionally, Stefinie is involved in community service as Fundraising Chair for the Parent Boosters Organization and as Corporate Sponsor Chair for the Moon Lady Tigers Soccer Association. Stefinie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Robert Morris University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.
