Dan Olszewski is an experienced association manager with a strong background in property management. Currently serving as the Association Manager at Waccamaw Management since July 2010, Dan oversees nine homeowner associations comprising over 1000 residential units, leading a maintenance team and managing responsibilities such as budget preparation and property inspections. Prior experience includes working as an Association Manager at Chicora Development, where Dan managed six associations with 1600 units, and as a Sales Professional at National Land Sales specializing in real estate. Dan also held the role of Human Resource Manager at Relliance Aerotech Atlantic. Dan Olszewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University, complemented by studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
