Matthew Quinlan

Matthew Quinlan is an experienced professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Wachusett Brewing Company since March 2021. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Director of Brewing Operations at The Waterfront Brewery from November 2019 to February 2021. With a long tenure at Long Trail Brewing Company from April 1992 to June 2019, Matthew progressed from Brewer to Director of Operations, overseeing comprehensive brewing, packaging, quality assurance, and maintenance operations, as well as holding roles in production management and marketing. Earlier in Matthew's career, the role of Beer Manager at Spirit Haus, Inc. involved curating a notable selection of over 500 beers, earning recognition from All About Beer magazine.
