Vanessa Sigalas

Vanessa Sigalas is the Associate Curator for Collections Research at Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art. Vanessa has previously worked as a curator at Bröhan Museum, Auktionshaus Sigalas, and Landesmuseum Württemberg. Vanessa has also been self-employed and worked at Sotheby's. Vanessa has been with Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art for over 10 years and has held various positions within the organization.

Vanessa Sigalas has a Ph.D. in Art Vanessa'story from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, a Master of Arts in Art Vanessa'story and Modern and Contemporary Vanessa'story from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, and has studied abroad at Université Vincennes-Saint-Denis (Paris VIII).

Vanessa Sigalas reports to Linda Roth, Director of Special Curatorial Projects. Vanessa Sigalas works with Brandy Culp - Richard Koopman Curator of American Decorative Arts, Erin Monroe - Krieble Curator of American Paintings & Sculpture, and Oliver Tostmann - Susan Morse Hilles Curator of European Art.
