Syed Mohammad Arshad began their career as Dy. Sr. Manager (IT) at Sahara Prime City Limited in 2003, where they managed IT infrastructure, ERP implementation, and production support for enterprise applications. Syed Mohammad then joined MSCI Inc. in 2012 as a Sr. Associate - Technology, responsible for IT service delivery of financial applications and ERP support. In 2015, Syed moved to Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Manager - Application Support, where they oversaw IT service delivery of enterprise financial applications and a learning management system. In 2018, they joined Genpact as an Assistant Vice President, serving as the service manager for production support of pharmaceutical clients. Currently, Syed Mohammad Arshad holds the position of Vice President - Customer Support at WadzPay.

Syed Mohammad Arshad completed their Master's in Computer Application (MCA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Education (PGDCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2005 to 2008. Syed Mohammad also completed 2 years of Professional Diploma in Web-Centric Curriculum from NIIT in 1999-2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Science from Lucknow University from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they completed their Intermediate in Science from City Montessori School from 1984 to 1997 and graduated from Lucknow Christian Degree College with First Division in 2000. Syed Mohammad is also certified in ITIL 2011 foundation and Internal Auditor in ISO 9001:2000 from IIQM Jaipur in 2016 and 2008, respectively.
