Joachim Jensen

Joachim Jensen has a strong background in software engineering and web development. Joachim began their career as a Web Developer in 2009 before founding their own company, DEV Institute, in 2016. At DEV Institute, they served as the Founder and gained valuable experience in project management and business development. In 2018, Joachim joined Wag! Group Co. as a Backend Engineer and quickly advanced to roles such as Lead Backend Engineer, Remote Backend Engineer, Senior Backend Engineer, and currently serves as the Lead Software Engineer. Joachim has demonstrated their expertise in software development and leadership throughout their time at Wag! Group Co. Additionally, Joachim worked as a Contract Web Developer at Intox Studio from 2012 to 2017, where they built and advised on web apps and websites for various clients. Joachim also gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at BinWise in 2014 and as an Open Source Advisor at BIT BLUEPRINT from 2013 to 2014. Joachim's diverse work experience showcases their technical skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in a variety of roles within the tech industry.

Joachim Jensen completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2010 to 2014, they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

- In 2012, they participated in an Erasmus Intensive Programme at FH Joanneum.

- From 2006 to 2009, they attended Brønderslev Gymnasium, where they focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in 2014.
