Lukas Stocklauser has a diverse work experience. Lukas started their career in 2016 with internships and a working student role at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they gained experience in quality management and virtual measuring technology. In 2018, they worked as a Manufacturing Quality intern at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Lukas then joined J. Wagner GmbH as a working student in Technical Service/After Sales before completing their Bachelor's thesis in International Manufacturing Planning at Robert Bosch GmbH. In 2019, they worked for Wagner Spray Tech as a Masterthesis in Operations, followed by a role as a Project Manager Continuous Improvement/Systems & Processes at J. Wagner GmbH in 2020. Lukas is currently working as a Project Manager (Operations) at Wagner Spray Tech, starting in 2023.

Lukas Stocklauser pursued their education at various institutions, beginning with Gymnasium Lindenberg im Allgäu from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife. Lukas then attended Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten between 2014 and 2018, where they achieved a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mechatronik.

Continuing their academic journey, Lukas Stocklauser pursued a Master of Engineering degree in International Project Engineering at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung from 2018 to 2020.

Additionally, Lukas Stocklauser enhanced their skills and knowledge through various certifications. Lukas completed the Managerial Accounting / Cost Accounting course at Udemy in January 2022 and obtained The Complete Finance Manager Course 2022 certification from 365 Careers during the same month. In March 2021, they acquired certification for Microsoft Power BI for Business Intelligence from Maven Analytics. Furthermore, Lukas Stocklauser received the Projektmanagement Basiszertifikat from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. in February 2016.
